• Muktt Agri Tourism & More is a Agro-Farm. It is a simple place to live for nature-lovers.
• Being a rural area it is not possible to serve you the best of the comforts & services, hence we expect all guests to co-operate.
All Food served is sumptuous & to heart's content. We urge you to avoid wastage.
• All activities at Muktt are supervised by trained staff. However they are to be undertaken at your own risk. Muktt does not accept any liability arising out of any type of accidents.
• Only First aid can be provided at site.
• Bookings & date confirmation are done on the payment of 100% advance with minimum 8 days prior booking by Cash, Net Banking or UPI drawn in favour of S. N. Baste payable at Nashik.
• All bookings once made are non-refundable but can be rescheduled only once, subject to availability, if done 48 hrs prior to program / tour date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hrs of program / tour date, will neither be rescheduled nor refunded.
• Resident guests are requested to ensure that there is no damage to the rooms, its furniture & loose items, as they would be charged.
• Accommodation for drivers will be available on site at an additional cost 
• We will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
• Declaration form relieving Muktt of any liabilities will have to be signed by all guests at the time of arrival.
• Please inform us well in advance of any activities your group may choose to organize. Subject to feasibility we may provide necessary support that may be required on the farm.
• In case of groups, all the conditions in the declaration form singed up on arrival by the group representative shall be deemed as accepted & signed by all members of the group.
• Group leaders should make their group members aware of place they are going to & what to expect there.
• We do not allow pets at Muktt as we do not have facilities to care for them.
• We reserve the right of using any photographs taken by Muktt staff for promotional activities.
• We are committed to a Clean & Green World that is completely ECO – Friendly & Free Of Pollution.
  Hence we do not allow :
  • DJ & Loud merry making.
  • Littering the farm with plastic garbage & any disposable.
• Confirming a booking shall be deemed as the acceptance of all the above conditions
